How To Setup Your Account

PLEX ACCOUNT SETUP INFORMATION

Thank You for joining our family of media Scarlets, we have provided step-by-step instructions on how to setup your Plex account below and you will be watching our media in just a few minutes. Take a few moments to review our FAQ’s for additional information. After you have created your account, you will still need to setup your devices.

Look for our EMAILS

Within 5 minutes of placing your order, you should receive a “VERY IMPORTANT” email from PLEX informing you that you have been invited to sign up to our PLEX media player. Click the link in that PLEX email that says “accept the invitation” to setup your FREE Plex Account.

Once you click the “accept the invitation” link in the email, you will be taken to the following page. Click on the link at the bottom of the page that says “Sign up with email”. You will need to remember your “username” and “password” that you will create while signing up for your Plex account, because you will need it for the next steps of setting up your devices. After you have created your account, it is best to sign completely out of your new account and sign back in.

Now click on the yellow “Launch” button.

If you do not immediately see the “Libraries” to the left of the screen...

Then click on the “Letter” on the right of the screen, and click on “Account” and then “Sharing”.

Finally, click on HappyPlexing.com’s edit button and accept the “Libraries”€. Go back to the Home screen and see if the Libraries are now listed. If not, competely log out of your account and log back in.

Plex does charge a one-time $5.00 fee to download and use the app on your phone and we suggest that you purchase it if you want to watch movies on your phone. Plex will try to sell you other items, you DO NOT need to purchase any of them to start watching movies with HappyPlexing.com. Click on the link below to review the setup instructions for your devices. If you have trouble setting up your devices, please Contact Us with your name and the package you signed up for.

Your package includes one (1) active stream from one (1) IP Address. Any additional concurrent active streams or IP addresses will automatically deactivate your account for 24 hours. Please click on the link below to setup your devices.
